Talent Replacement was born from my dream of helping professionals find the best opportunities in the job market by providing personalized and humanized service for each client.
I am a Psychologist, Career Coach, and have a Graduate Degree in People Management. My entire career has been developed within large Information Technology companies where I developed as a recruiter, learned a lot about the technology area and with which I am fascinated today.
A few years ago I fell in love with the outplacement area and today I dedicate 100% of my time connecting those who want a job with potential companies.
